Description
Navolab Diagnostics develops functional in vitro diagnostic solutions designed to support therapy selection and treatment response assessment in immune-mediated diseases.
The company’s diagnostic platform measures multidrug transporter (MDR) activity in clinically relevant immune cell populations and translates functional measurements into clinically relevant diagnostic information. The approach is intended to complement conventional clinical and molecular biomarkers by providing functional information before treatment initiation.
The company’s most advanced clinical program, Theresa IBD, focuses on ulcerative colitis and response to JAK inhibitor therapy. Additional clinical programs address rheumatoid arthritis, including response to methotrexate and JAK inhibitor treatment.
Navolab combines functional assay technology, clinical development and an IVDR-aligned regulatory strategy to develop indication-specific diagnostic products for clinical use.
