Description
CREATe Therapeutics is an R&D startup developing a drug-controlled gene therapy platform for precise neuromodulation in central nervous system disorders. Its technology enables targeted and reversible control of specific neuronal populations, combining the precision of gene therapy with the tunability of pharmacological treatment.
The company’s lead indication is drug-resistant focal epilepsy, where their preclinical proof-of-concept data have demonstrated complete seizure prevention.
Designed as a modular platform, CREATe’s approach has potential applications across multiple CNS indications, aiming to deliver safer, more effective, and personalized therapies for neurological disorders with high unmet need.
